Mrs. Renuka Azariah (Director of Finance and Administration), has more than forty years of experience in the education sector. She has been part of INSEDA for last fourteen years. She works closely with the Manager Finance and Administration and provides over all guidance in all matters of administration and finance. She has been a Lecturer in her early career, and then decided to put her passion in teaching young children. She did her MSc in Child Psychology and Personality Development. With an extensive experience as a Teacher for over 40 years, she strongly believed in seeing a better tomorrow and to contribute to our society in the best possible way. She focused in empowering women to give them a better perspective towards their wellbeing in Rural India. Her strong association with Micro Credit program, encouraged women to use their savings and invest in there personal and professional growth. Her efforts come around creating awareness about environmental changes and how to overcome ill effects by using EVD solutions within the set budgets.
