Mrs. Zareen Myles is a development professional working in the field for more than 40 years, she is the founder member of Women’s Action for Development (WAFD). The focus of work has always been on women and children. She is also one of the founder members of INSEDA a National NGO involved in renewable energy, environment and climate change, and promotion of low carbon affordable green technologies. In 2018 she initiated 2 new programs under the name of “INSEDA Eco” to help market the farm produce of the women farmers from the project areas; and “INSEDA Health” a project for alternate health systems using acupressure through magnets. For the future she plans to include nutrition and diet, and wellness advise and naturopathy in the health center. Because of her interest in sustainable alternate health, she first did a course in Reiki in 1999, even training as a Reiki master soon after. She has completed a diploma course in Acupressure and magnet therapy, has also learnt Rene Mey energy healing, and has completed the 1st level of Bach flower remedies training. She has also been attuned in the 1st and 2nd level of Angelic Reiki. She has also successfully completed an Advanced Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy.
